No air conditioning in room, rude employees, not professional, etc.I had my confirmation, even pulled it up for the manager, and they didn't have a room reserved for my party.

Interior corridors.Wi-Fi did not work and, SKANKY pool!I chose this hotel specifically because of Wi-Fi and pool. Neither was operational. I feel ripped off.
