Easy to find, central location in Invermere/Windermere.I don't like having to plug in a lamp to the wall for light.Unfortunately, my stay was short, so I did not experience much of the hotel amenities beyond my room. Ironing board would have been appreciated in the room. The reservation agent -young male- was very helpful in getting directions.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.Room was not cleaned very well from day to day and we were always short of towels.The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful for the most part.
