The staff, location, activities, restaurants.
Nothing I could find.
My husband and I just returned from Villa Montana Beach Resort and had a lovely time. We had the chance to attend a destination wedding as my cousin was getting married at the resort. This was also a great opportunity to sneak in a get away with my husban...Read More

Food, location, staff.
Not enough time to spend at the resort - trip too short.
Our company is opening a new plant in Isabella, Puerto Rico and I needed to travel to the area for the first time. I was apprehensive as it wasn't a typical business hotel but I thought how bad can it be to stay at a resort when on business! Flying into t...Read More

Everything! Beach, pools, beautiful grounds, fantastic staff & restaurants - very romantic.
Would have been nice to have a table on the balcony.
The beach is beautiful - can walk for miles. Excellent scuba area - water can get rough for small children though. The staff were great. This is a luxury resort with a very relaxed, unpretentious feel. Great place & would highly recommend it. There was a ...Read More

Charming buildings.
Stairs to rooms, jungle view instead pf ocean view.
Room above a garage in a building with about 8 units. Buildings and property well kept. Quite remote which can be a plus or minus depending on what you want. The cable didn't work in our room either night we were there.

Wonderful location - felt like paradise.
We arrived late at night and the hotel was very difficult to find, but worth the trip.
After finding this somewhat hidden hotel we immediately felt like we were in paradise. The rooms were well kept, common areas wonderful, and all located on a great private beach. Wi-Fi spot on the beach was a bonus.

The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced and food was good overall. Beach was beautiful and not crowded.
There was no hot water (lucky to get luke warm water) and the sheets were not comfortable.
Overall, it was a good experience. A few notes to fellow travelers: make sure you wear mosquito repellent to dinner or you will get eaten alive. Also they are kind of stingy on the towels in the rooms (hello? One washcloth for two people?). The bartenders...Read More

This hotel was immaculate, located off the beaten path, but not too far from restaurants and other activities.
No one answered the phone at the front desk past 8:30pm and the hot water never really got hot.
A quiet little road leads us to villa Montana, a clean, quiet resort with a very luxurious feel. At times we felt almost like the only visitors, but the staff was always eager to please and make us more comfortable, if possible. A very lovely private beac...Read More

Lodgings too remote from beach; no view; not much to do.
Villa Montana was attractive, clean and pleasant. The staff was pleasant and eventually got things accomplished, even if not always so promptly. The lodgings' remoteness from the beach disappointed me. I thought that we were going to a beach resort. In fa...Read More
