Studio Efficiency: Oceanfront efficiency with a king bed, small kitchen, dinette and front patio with excellent ocean view and access to pool, beach and docks. Only 1 unit of this type on the property, see unit #2 on the property map. No Rollaways allowed. Sleeps 2.

Three Bedroom House: Three bedroom tropical cottage on stilts. Master bedroom suite has king bed and private bathroom with tile shower, other two bedrooms have a queen bed and share a full bath. Orchid Cottage: If you want the best of everything, in a secluded private setting, the Orchid Cottage is the place. Private entrance, private tropical yard, private sandy sunning beach, private boat basin. Inside: central air, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, upscale furnishings with king bed and best quality linens, entertainment center with stereo, CD, DVD, tile floors, screened porch, ceiling fans, washer and dryer.
