A++ staff. There was nothing I didn't like. The staff was excellent, accept for the house keeping most of them didn't speak or understand English beyond that everything was perfect.

Indoor heated pool. Parties in the halls end at 11pm, so it is very loud from the dj's music till then. Very nice hotel and will stay there again.

Hotel staff took credit card imprint first night for incidentals etc. Dining room staff called me up complaining that I could not charge to room as I had no credit card! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nicely appointed and bedding very comfortable. The bathroom was outdated, but sufficient. The hotel was filled with large groups. A pre-adolescent Ice hockey team, was on our floor and next door. N/A
