Friendly staff.The temperature of the pool was great but the temperature in the room was freezing.The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The thermostat in the room of the pool was broken and it was 57 degrees in the room, but the pool was nice and warm.

Hotel manger was on top of my issues at check in.Just lack of communication with my reservation.Nice hotel. Would choose to stay again.

Staff was nice.There was dirty underwear in our room that our daughter found and carried around.Hotel facilities are nice but the room was dirty. Management was made aware and they did upgrade to a suite for free.

Spacious room clean comfortable.Bed too firm.This hotel was easily accessible from the expressway. It is clean and quite. The room was simple but well appointed and comfortable.
