Location and convenience.
Refrigerator and microwave had one pulg-in for the two of them.Overall the stay was excellent and will travel there again.

We liked the speedy checkout. We didn't have to wait for the staff at all.Difficult to know where to park when we first arrived. The front area was crowded with cars and trucks.We had a good experience at the hotel. Pool was nicely kept and clean. Front desk personnel could have been a bit more friendly. Free wireless internet.No pool.Our children were looking forward to swimming and there was no pool. They said we could have used the pool next door at their sister hotel, but it was not filled with water.

It has a very friendly atmosphere.It did not have a microwave and fridge.This is a nice hotel, located in a fairly safe place and the staff is very accommodating.

Location to the interstate.Very poor parking.This hotel was ok, but it looked like it was a fixer upper. It looked like someone did some touch-up painting with either the wrong shade of color. The towels were missing and looked tacky. Overall, the place had the look and feel of being cheap.

Front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating.My room was listed as non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of smoke. The hotel changed rooms for me but also smelled strongly of smoke.Overall met my needs. Non smoking rooms smelled strongly of smoke. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Queen size beds.No heat, no extra blankets, could not see a manager, had a technician that could not change a fuse.If you have managers that do not work weekends, then you should have assistants to work when managers are not there. And the bad thing about it no one responded as if they were concerned at all.

The staff was very friendly and it was close to the coliseum.The mattress was hard, the pillow was nasty, and the room was awful.I would not stay at this hotel again.
