Cheap.
Dirty, stinky, run down, location.The place is run down and not maintained well. I walked into my room after checking in & found the main light didn't work so I walked to the other side of the room with the door open (for light) to turn on the light. I liked the location. It was just 0.5 miles from major intersection.The hotel did not have a shower curtain.The hotel was good. It had a fridge and nice TV. The vents on the air conditioner were broken and the air just went up and there was no shower curtain on the tub. Other than that, it was great.

Cheap.Not clean; rude counter person.I would not book at this hotel again. It did not meet my standards for a hotel.

Price.The location of the air conditioner.For what I needed it was okay. The TV sound system was bad and the air could not be relocated to not blow across you on the beds.
