Overall Rating:
Comfortable room with nice furnishings.
Toilet and tub area very small.We like the convenient location and the comfortable chairs. The continental breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and cordial.

Staff was friendly!!Could not find pool, if they had one!!Close to eats & mall, Staff over friendly! Great location off interstate, close to nightclubs, entertainment!!

I liked Desha, the girl who checked me in. She was very friendly, cool, and quick.I did not like the girl who checked me out, opposite of Desha. No batter for the waffle maker which was hot and ready. No HBO or good channels.I would go back. I enjoyed my stay. There was a refrigerator and microwave which were convenient. N/AN/AHotel situated right off of I-40 in Jackson, TN. Easy to located with eating establishments all around it. Hotel was old, rooms were tiny. Not a typical Fairfield Inn. Will stay at different hotel on my next stay in Jackson.

Hotel was clean, good breakfast.Party folks next door kept us up, even after complaints to front desk.Overall, was impressed. Just not pleased with action not being taken to move us on party-goers next door.

Very clean and the breakfast was great.No indoor pool.The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and rooms were fresh, the heat and air units worked better than any hotel I ever stayed at. The breakfast was wonderful and enough to fill you up and start the day. This is a great place to stay.

It was conveniently located and the staff was exceptional.I found nothing to complain about. It was one of the best for the price.I really enjoyed my stay. I was only there for one night, but it was great. It's located in walking distance of some great restaurants and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
