Directions were Bay St., there were many Bay St. in this area, confusing.
Bring your own pillow, a must. watch out for several streets called Bay before the one that you actually want. Elevator not correctly marked and located in an inconvenient location.

Great room layout. Nice comfortable bed. Very informative staff.
Room reeked of cigarette smoke, to a point that very difficult to breath. Had to run AC with doors open to clear the air.
Hotel was located close to where I needed to be for my purpose to Jacksonville, with plenty of parking, spacious room, very relaxing bed, and extra-friendly staff. Although I did not require an elevator to access my room, it would be a welcomed convenienc...Read More

The desk clerk was friendly.
No ice machine; no ice in fridge; no counter space; no mirrors; no closet.
I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Cheap.
Small and a bit old. Had a funny smell.
We had not expected something great for 1-star, but were a bit disappointed with the condition of the room. The hotel looks okay from the outside, but that is about it. We would not stay there again (especially with the kids).

There was an elevator.
Only mirror was over the pedestal sink; zero counter space; no ironing board, iron or actual closet, just a rod and shelf.
I would not recommend this hotel to others.
