The construction going on.
The room was fine but there was construction going on so it made it difficult to get around.

Was under a remodel job, the room we stayed in was old.
I am sure it will be fine once they get done with the current construction. The room we got was old and with the construction going on was a little noisy and messy.

Quiet, luxurious, comfortable.
Portions of lobby entrance and back were under construction, but it didn't affect us.
This hotel was right off the interstate, very easy to access and very comfortable. The first impression, even in the midst of construction, was luxurious and inviting.

The location is very convenient to the airport. The hotel staff was very friendly. I would recommend bringing shower shoes for the bathtub/shower.

The size of the room
Noisy Air Conditioner, soiled carpet, soiled curtains
The rooms are extremely nice although they really need new carpeting or at least clean it because there were a ton of stains and large dark spots all over the room. The curtains were cleaned but also had permanent stains on them.
