Old hotel; way overdue for an overhaul. Probably needs to be a Days Inn or something; old rooms, old everything!

The size of the room
Noisy Air Conditioner, soiled carpet, soiled curtains
The rooms are extremely nice although they really need new carpeting or at least clean it because there were a ton of stains and large dark spots all over the room. The curtains were cleaned but also had permanent stains on them.

Very nice atrium with open spaces and free internet access.
Rooms were not as up to date as atrium.
Overall, a good place to spend a night or two while waiting for a flight or cruise. Very courteous helpful staff and a nice coffee bar.

I loved the convenience of the hotel to the airport and its different lounges, coffee shop, internet bar and gift shop.
The old block walls in the guest room.
The rooms need to have more up to date furniture with sheet rock walls instead of block walls. Needs to be an overall update.
