Willingness of staff to make adjustments needed for disability.Beds very high for wheelchair people.The only problems were initial problem with accessibility. Space for wheelchair between furniture. Friendly, better than I expected it to be.The carpets in the room was dirty.Renovated all except the carpets. The carpets were dirty but the rest of the hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good.
