Dirty, unorganized, delay in response, inefficient receptionist, delay in shuttle.
I had a very bitter experience in this hotel. It was dirty, old, malodorous, unorganized, delay in response, inefficient receptionist, delay in shuttle, unfriendly room service and worst food at the restaurant. I will not recommend anybody to go there.

Comfortable of bed, convenience of shuttle to/from airport.
Doors not on slow release, slamming all night; bath with stopper, shower only.
Very good location for JFK travel, free shuttle, pleasant staff, excellent food in bistro although bad service, noisy interior doors of guest rooms slamming all night, no slow release mechanism.

It had a nice lobby.
No free breakfast, you needed to pay for it.
Overall it was nice, and comfortable. The bed was very relaxing. The only thing is that you didn't get a complementary breakfast with your purchase which I feel is unfair and should be offered at any hotel. Overall it was a good night's sleep.

Outrageous charge for computer use in lounge, walls not sound proofed enough.
Clean, convenient, very friendly staff. Not sound proofed enough between rooms and high charge for public internet in lounge. Mediocre food in Bistro.

Great showerhead and water pressure! Convenience to the airport, and staff was pleasant and agreeable.
Older facility is a bit tired and rundown.
It was fine for what we needed. A stopover for one night.

The assistant was the only person who appeared to care about the customer.
This hotel is shabby. Disgusting for a holiday inn. Poor value, poor service.
