Shuttles depart from the hotel to JFK at the top of every hour. Shuttles depart from JFK Airport to the hotel every 15 minutes from Station C - Federal Circle stop on the Air Train. Free shuttle to the Air Train Station at Kennedy Airport from the hotel every hour on the hour. Then take the Air Train ($5) to the subway ($2) to Manhattan and other areas. Cost of subway $2 into Manhattan. Long Island Railroad only 3 miles/$9 into Manhattan. Rates vary to Long Island. Van Wyck Expwy to S. Belt Parkway exit 20. Stay on service road, hotel on right 1/2 mile.

It's cleanliness. The breakfast area looked like a cafeteria, no lounge area. Overall, it is a good hotel next to an airport. It was a painless experience.

Prompt check in, taxi service and shuttle service promptly available. Demanded to keep a copy of my driver license, room was underground. It was nice and clean. Did not like getting a room underground. When looking out the window all I saw was the tires of the parked cars. Had a nice full breakfast that was included with the room for all guests. Not quite as convenient to train/subway as we had thought. This hotel was perfect for our purposes - a place to sleep while visiting Manhattan.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean, good bed. A<BR/>very small room. We stayed here because of a long layover and were quite pleased. Friendly service and a nice breakfast. A clean but very small room. Bathroom was good. Bed was comfortable. I would recommend it.
