Prompt check in, taxi service and shuttle service promptly available.
Demanded to keep a copy of my driver license, room was underground.

Had a nice full breakfast that was included with the room for all guests.
Not quite as convenient to train/subway as we had thought.
This hotel was perfect for our purposes - a place to sleep while visiting Manhattan.

We stayed here because of a long layover and were quite pleased. Friendly service and a nice breakfast. A clean but very small room. Bathroom was good. Bed was comfortable. I would recommend it.
