It's cleanliness.The breakfast area looked like a cafeteria, no lounge area.Overall, it is a good hotel next to an airport. It was a painless experience.

Prompt check in, taxi service and shuttle service promptly available.Demanded to keep a copy of my driver license, room was underground.It was nice and clean. Did not like getting a room underground. When looking out the window all I saw was the tires of the parked cars. Did not like the fact that the front desk demanded they keep a copy of my driver's license to check in. Had a nice full breakfast that was included with the room for all guests.Not quite as convenient to train/subway as we had thought.This hotel was perfect for our purposes - a place to sleep while visiting Manhattan.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean, good bed.Avery small room.
We stayed here because of a long layover and were quite pleased. Friendly service and a nice breakfast. A clean but very small room. Bathroom was good. Bed was comfortable. I would recommend it.
