Good check in/out times.Very dirty - not kid safe - so much for non smoking areas.Someone told me this was a great hotel so we tried it. I was extremely disappointed our room was dirty we had a fridge and microwave and coffee pot in our room all of which were not cleaned. I reported it to the front desk. I stay here often and like the atmosphere. The rooms are generally decent and they have an awesome breakfast.Unfortunately, this time my room wasn't so clean but the front desk staff was generous with compensation.Baymont is a nice place to stay while visiting in Janesville. The continental breakfast that was available in the early morning.The hall smelled of stale cigarette smoke; just didn't feel real clean.We got in late and left early so didn't have interaction with staff or really any use of the hotel other than the room and continental breakfast.

It is close to Denny's restaurant.It is old and needs major updating.I think that the hotel staff tries their best with what they have to work with. This is an older hotel and needs at the least, some major updating.

The staff at the desk was great, very friendly.Cleaners made beds after first night but put the dirty plates back on the bed after they made it. No garbage or towels were taken.I realize that you have no association with the Denny's next door but it was the worst dining experience I've had in years. Pool, microwave and frig in room.Handicap-accessible room had only one double bed.The hotel had an awesome continental breakfast. It had high-speed wireless internet. It had a microwave and fridge in the room. Our room had two double beds but only a desk for alternate seating.

Next to 24-hour Restaurant and Freeway.Needs repair, dated, low toilet, tub drain missing.I have stayed here several times. This was the worst. I was put on the fourth floor and had to deal with elevators. Since we are older, this was a hassle. Room is badly in need of repair. We were surprised that they even rented it.
