I was pleasantly surprised that the room had queen size beds instead of doubles.
We were awakened by the phone at 5:30 a.m. for a wakeup call which we didn't request.
I would stay at this hotel again if I were in the area.

Having a refrigerator in the room, being non-smoking and two beds.
Not as clean as expected (general areas). No microwave in room. Small bathroom. No laundry facilities.
Close to the outlet mall. Staff was friendly. I did not like that it wasn't as clean in general areas and we needed to do laundry and had to go to an unsafe trucker store to do laundry where only one of the 3 washers worked (we lost money from it too). I ...Read More

Close to shopping and<BR/>breakfast was okay.
Ice cold pool, unfriendly staff, too few pillows in room, accused us of having animals in our room (we didn't), toilet moved when sat down.
The staff was not very friendly here. When we asked for more towels for our room (we had 3 towels and 4 people), it seemed like a huge inconvenience and were told, they are in the dryer, come back down and get some later. We asked for more pillows bec...Read More
