It was cheap. Everything. It's hard to get to. Hard to get out of. Free breakfast is bowl of cereal and toast.

Relative to hotels in Manhattan. Not located in Manhattan. As a single guy, I went to NYC for the weekend simply to do some sightseeing. I didn't want to pay the steep Manhattan room rates. Nothing. Everything. Bad hygiene -lots of bugs, very poor rooms and un-cleanliness. Very poor rooms.

N/A Location, no elevators. The street is very hard to navigate, and if you pass the hotel, getting back takes a long time.
