Location, its near by path train station.
Staff and Internet.Staff was not co-operative, I was supposed to get Internet. Once I reached there, I was asked to pay for the Internet.

Fantastic view and great customer service and friendly staff.Nothing to complain about.Great hotel for the price through Priceline as regular prices were much higher; all the staff, we encountered, were friendly and helpful as could be and access to New York was easy and convenient.

Location and the view.Unprofessional staff / Velet people.Motel 6 or Days Inn staff are more professional than here. As a Hyatt platinum member, I often stay at various Hyatt locations, and this was the worst Hyatt experience so far.
