The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and fragrant.Getting into it was difficult, you had to go through a gas station. No access road.Your hotel is excellent, comfortable, and friendly. We enjoyed the pool, and the spa. We did not try your exercise room. The only improvement I see is a better access road into the hotel.

Internet access.Swimming pool was not usable.It was ok, nothing fancy. Could use more laundry facilities. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer.

Easy to find.The room was clean, but the common areas need to be cleaned.It wasn't bad, but when you ask for a recliner that is the room that they need to give to you.

The indoor pool and hot tub were nice.The bathroom was too small & the lightning was minimal.I wished I would have known our room had the door going outside. I would have preferred a room with a door in the hallway. But the rooms were spacious and very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable.

Very quiet and relaxing... Great showers!!!!My window was only about 15 feet from the parking lot... kept my curtain closed all the time.I had a very relaxing experience and was very pleased with the hotel's location. It was convenient to food and shopping, and the main highways that I needed to travel. The cleaning service was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
