Small building.
Hallways smelled like cigarettes.Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice dock to waterway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and a huge bathroom for all my "stuff."Rooms were small - it was out of the way, malls, etc. were over 4 miles away and I didn't have a car, my brother had it.It was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Overall Rating:
location was great.Alarm clock did not work and wake up call was never received.Hotel was adequate. Old and musty. Can use a face lift. only for a quick trip. Not a vacation hotel.

Liked the Jacuzzi in the room, privacy of the dock.It may have run its course, the room need updating, i.e. carpeting, bedding, etc.Good location, no elevators to access 2nd floor to accommodate luggage issues. Friendly staff.
