Loved the swimming pool and animals in the lobby.
We were put in a basement room which smelled of mildew-assumed it was because of the price we paid for the room.
Great pool and staff-room was not great. It smelled like mildew and had a view of the parking lot but the size was nice.

We loved the hotel grounds! Umalu was fabulous, we ate 3 meals there and every meal was amazing best fish tacos ever!
Room needs a makeover, small bathroom and lanai could have used a light outside.
We loved that we got upgraded without even asking, was unsure if that would happen. We absolutely loved the pools, they truly are amazing! Loved that you could get out of the hot sun and enter the grotto for drinks and hanging out. And the food couldn't h...Read More
