It was a great deal and conveniently located for our first night in the island.

The grounds, ocean view and the buffet breakfast.Bathroom needed to be cleaner and updated.The hotel is a good value at the Priceline bidded price, but not at the hotel price on your regular site or others. Location was great to walk to shops/restaurants.Had to pay additional parking fee.Excellent location in Kona for walking to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and were helpful with our upgrade request. Rooms were well maintained if not a little dated.

The rooms really were quite nice, especially the beds (very comfortable). Very prompt service from staff.No jacuzzi; no conditioner for hair. Security guard was rude.Overall, our experience was quite pleasant and our room rate was excellent for the quality of the hotel and surroundings, proximity to Kona town, beaches, etc.
