Location was perfect/hotel very clean/very friendly staff.Hotel robes/bed was a little firm for our personal liking.We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I like the fact that you provided a sheet with highlights of Kamloops restaurants, very good idea. We would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express again.
