Loved the grounds and view.
Mediocre food, too many additional fees, rude staff.
Beautiful grounds, room was but average but bed was excellent. I had ants and the occasional cockroach, could have done without those guests. The food was over-priced and mediocre, I would recommend the new Gourmet ABC store at the Waikoloa village. I wou...Read More

Beautiful grounds.
Food very expensive on site, nothing close as an alternative.
I've stayed here before, so I am a repeat visitor. The grounds and pools are beautiful. You can be as involved or as removed from it all as you choose. The food options are OK, everything is rather expensive and there are not a lot of low cost alternative...Read More

Beautiful views and very clean during my stay.
Too large, not good for business.
As an event planner I brought in a large conference to this facility - what a mistake! The venue is much to large logistically. When you require a tram/boat to get from one side of a hotel to the other, there's an issue. Only met a few staff that were fri...Read More

Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful grounds.
Restaurants were outrageously expensive, parking attendants were rude if you did not use valet service.
This resort was wonderful. Plenty of lounge chairs around the various pools. Pools were not heated, and we found the water too cool to comfortably swim. No beach here, but the coastline was beautiful. We went to the nearby shopping malls for meals-ate lun...Read More

Great location, pools, waterslides, museum walkway, staff, and comfortable room.
Fees for parking, health club and internet services.
The Hilton Waikoloa village is a fabulous resort, perfect for families with youngsters. The hotel amenities and staff and location made our vacation on of the best.

The beautiful grounds, the art, the activities.
Expensive internet connection, was not informed of all activities and opportunities.
This is a gorgeous hotel that is more of an experience than a location. From the moment we stepped on the boat that takes guests to their accommodations, I felt that I was in an adult Disneyland. The pools with waterfalls are beautiful, the landscaping is...Read More

Staff, location, Hawaii!
They do try to oversell vacation (Time-Share) clubs.
Stop pushing people to Timeshare. Rest is good.
