It looks nice from the outside and the lobby is attractive.Dirty towels, dirty bathtub, dirty windows, not as advertised.My room had none of these and I reserved it 3 months in advance. The towels and the bathtub were dirty. The window was so dirty you could not see out of it. The management would not listen to my complaints. The breakfast was mediocre.

Rooms were good size and comfortable. Breakfast cooked to order and very good.Could have been quieter. Walls seem thin!The hotel overall was very nice with good inn-keepers. Being where it is it did lack some class. Guests coming to breakfast without shoes and many children! However, if we found ourselves back in Kanab would use again.
