Beautiful lobby/atrium, water fountains, liked indoor pool, looked cooked to order breakfast and newspaper delivered to door.
Several lady bugs found in bedroom on a daily basis.
Overall, this was a good stay. Loved the cook to order breakfast. Very friendly staff. Overall clean. Business center was not up to par. Only two computers with slow connection. Poor printers. Loved the indoor pool.

Great free breakfast! Managers reception is a nice perk. (Free drinks!) Beautiful atrium area.
They will automatically charge you for a USA Today newspaper each day unless you ask them not to.
I will be staying at this hotel again the next time I am in KC, MO. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I really liked the lobby, free breakfast, and the two-room suites.
The bathroom did not have a fan (for the steam from the shower).

Large comfortable rooms, very clean
We didn't like not being able to get two rooms adjoining, one king, one w/two double bds, we requested extra pillow/blkt never delivered. oh well!
