clean, friendly, great pool, good food.
No fridge or microwave in our room.
Great service. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, kids loved the pool. There were tables in the pool area so the adults could play cards while the kids swam. Great location and loved having a shuttle service that was free to take us to the parks.

Very unsafe - my jet ski's were stolen out of the parking lot.

The swimming pool at Jacuzzi was nice.
It was so unbelievable trashy. Our room was horrible.
If you need a place to just sleep it's okay. If you want to stay somewhere nice, I'd highly recommend something else. When we tried to talk to the hotel staff about our problems, they wouldn't even listen.

Pool area is awesome great hotel for kids, very convenient if going to worlds/oceans of fun.
Lots of mold growing on tile in bathroom - very small bathroom.
If going to worlds/oceans of fun this hotel was very convenient and pleasurable for our children - pool area was a delight, however, the shower had mold growing on it, and bathroom was small and dirty.

My daughter loved the swimming pool.
The mattresses were horrible. I had to go to the chiropractor on my return home.
