The concierge was EXCELLENT. Chris, in particular. Very attentive and helpful.
Hot tub was old-looking.
The hotel was excellent. Everything from the condition of the room down to the service... Everyone I encountered was very warm, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great stay.
