I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. I was MOST impressed with the service this time. Attitude, gracious, friendly, accomidating. Love the folks I ran into!

The staff was very helpful and the private lounge available to me with my room was great.
The television selections were very limited.
The Intercontinental is a richly designed hotel. The staff are working to please you in every way they can. The rooms, the bathroom and specifically the bed are the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed at a hotel.
