The owners/managers were very nice and friendly and accommodated us in every way.

It was very clean.Rooms were a little small to stay in with an infant.Overall, very clean and friendly. Room would have been very accommodating if I didn't have a baby with me, but since I did, it was cramped.

The price fit out budget for a family with small children and just passing through for the night.Our room smelled like smoke and the floors felt greasy.I was satisfied for the price. It was clean, had AC, and was in an easy location to go to any attraction.The staff, they were rude and awkward to speak with.Overall, this is a nice hotel, smoking and non-smoking rooms. I wish there was an outside pool and outside hot tub but there isn't; only an indoor pool. It is next door to Applebee's which is nice but they didn't serve breakfast.

Location and price.Noise of air-conditioning unit and lack of nightlight.A good moderate hotel, located in excellent mid-town area close to restaurants and shopping and all my family, mostly quiet, no problems in particular.
