A dump, low class staff, low class neighborhood; smokers; dirty.This hotel is a dump. Transferred from my first room due to strong rug cleaner smell. Food and bar within 500 ft.Noise level.Saw the low ratings, gave it a try for the price. It exceeded my expectations. Not a great part of town, but nestled next to a golf course which makes it much better than anticipated. Friendly staff, clean room.

It was neat and clean. I liked the breakfast. We didn't have to look for a restaurant.It needed more parking spaces.It was close to all the places we were going to.
