Hard to find.
I was happy with the room for the amount I paid through bidding for a room! This area is generally high priced, so having Priceline is helpful!

The Tyrolean is close to my son's residence, downtown Ketchum, and the wood river.
There are no windows in the rooms, only sliding doors.

The Tyrolean is a great place to stay in Sun Valley. The rooms were nice and clean and the pool was a nice place to hang out. Ketchum is very close and the view there is great. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel has undergone a lot of improvements in the past 15 years.
The halls are too Narrow.
The current hotel management is trying hard to improve the facilities at this hotel. The rooms are much cleaner and more pleasant than they were when we stayed at this hotel 15 years ago.

They moved my reservation up one day and did not charge me.
The bed was not comfortable. It was too hard.

Very close to ski lifts.
Thermostat didn't work right. Shower water temperature varied. Not the best breakfast I have ever had.
The hotel is old, but fairly well maintained. Staff is friendly. Lots of family friendly stuff.
