Location to area attractions.Pool water too warm and dirty. Room showed age.I stayed in this property 15 years ago and it was pristine. Since then, the property is not as nice. They have plenty of things to do from scuba diving to casino boats hotel tiki bar and pool was excellent.They closed the bar and pool area a little to early.Overall experience is always great.

Proximity too many fishing and diving charter companies were very helpful.For the price breakfast should have been included.One of the nicer holidays, only this one does not provide breakfast; except for one complementary cup of coffee you make yourself. Its' big advantage is its' location within the Tourist District. All is easily within walking distance.

Easy to locate.Entrance that is one way in and one way out.If you stay here be sure to catch the show in the bar "behind" the hotel. The hotel had a nice pool area and Tiki bar with live music as well.

Great pool area.Had to drive to nearby restaurants and bars.The room was nice, but the beautiful, tropical pool area with a tikki bar was very nice. Great for relaxing, but not much else to do. They had a nice $10 breakfast buffet.

The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing in the evening.The hot tub looked unsanitary. Lots of black foam on top. I was afraid to get in.It met our expectations and was probably somewhat over what we thought it might be. Our stay was wonderful and I would recommend it. We were 2 retired teacher couples traveling together, taking in as much of the Key Area as we could.
