Clean rooms, decent continental breakfast.Grout in bathroom was cracking.Nice, clean room and clean grounds. Good selections of items for breakfast and they kept the dining areas clean throughout the morning. Only a 15 minute walk to the heart of Duval Street.

Very comfortable surroundings friendly and clean and nice.Maids did not know English could not communicate.Lovely quaint clean easy to find things. Breakfast bar sufficient, friendly staff at front desk. I enjoyed my visit I felt very comfortable and welcomed.
