Very pleasant room.
There was quite a bit of maintenance noise in the daytime.The room was quite nice, with wicker furniture and a small balcony. Conveniently located for beaches (one is across the street), and some restaurants and shops are nearby.

Excellent view from the lanai, free parking.Room was a bit cramped, walls were thin.Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, upscale toiletries; we did hear the baby next door crying (connecting room with deadbolt, easy walking distance to shops, restaurant and beach.

Cheaper than other choices.Rooms were difficult to get to.If you are looking for a cheap room with high speed wireless internet in the room, then this is the place. Not the best location, not the biggest rooms, but it was clean.
