Everything other than location.The room was not clean and the maid service was slow and our room door was left unsecured after being cleaned.

The hotel was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and ocean front. No problems at all.There were some very loud (drunk) people in the hotel, but they did settle down early (or they went out). If the hotel was full, it could get noisy.We really enjoyed our winter stay at the Clarion at Kill Devil Hills. Location and beach pool access.Small fitness room.Good central location staff was friendly. Slow elevator service! Some updating needed as far as wear and tear! Cute bathroom. But not very well cleaned, dirty cups in room from previous guests!

Nothing really comes to mind.Water from room above dripping on balcony. Rust.This hotel is old and over priced. Sure the views great but we could not enjoy it because water was dripping from the balcony above down onto ours. All of the balconies were dripping from AC drains.

Ocean front location, close to all restaurant, grate location.Only one elevator, there is two ramps you have to push your bags up to the elevator.The staff was very good. The hotel was very clean, I would stay there again.
