Nothing.Not attractive, towel rack fell from the wall and patches in the wall.I did not like this hotel and I will stay at this hotel again.

Good value.Hotel just okay, Seen just a nice with 2 stars.Value is good. Would stay again for similar price.

The friendly and accommodating staff.Nothing, great stay.Great place to stay for a night or two of gambling at Coushetta in Kinder. Staff goes out of their way to please you.

Location.Did not stay long enough to evaluate the hotel, Holiday Inn's are very good for the most part.The price for the hotel could be reached by anyone passing by looking for a room.

Proximity to the casino & free shuttle bus.Musty smelling, had been flooded.Our hotel room smelled very musty and we found out that it had previously flooded during hurricane Rita. The room was furnished well.The air conditioner did not work well. The bathroom needs remolding and the hall way floor seems to be rotten overall the hotel needs renovations.The hotel is over priced for the accommodations, but can charge that because it is close to the casino. The entire hotel needs major renovations to bring it back to the level.

Overall Rating:
Close to the casino.We needed a light changed in the bathroom and the light was not changed. Very dim lighting in the bathroom.Hotel was ok, service was not very good but it was close to the casino.
