I really liked the location and the pool and gym facilities.
The AC did not work, pillows were too small, we were given no shampoo.
Although I was very impressed with the location of the hotel our experience was not the best. In that room there was no shampoo so we had to call for that. Due to the troubles at the hotel we were a little disappointed.

First room was directly over rock band's terrace, noise deafening.
First room was ridiculously noisy, immediately requested and was given another room. Second room was ok but with a view of the side of the front entrance way.

Needs upgrades to carpets, beds, bathroom fixtures.
Did not meet expectations for a Holiday Inn. Great location but past its prime and in need of significant upgrades.

Pool, price, away from crowds.
Wanted payment upon arrival.
Basic motel, with basic free breakfast, and a nice pool. Close to Niagara Falls, but away from crowds. Wanted payment up front, told front desk we wanted to say another night, had to pay ahead of time.

Great location - nice waterfront - convenient for walking around downtown area.
Equipment in gym looked dated - although the rooms are nice - it looked dated - I expected more for the location.
Hotel is nice - but I expected fancy - considering the beautiful waterfront location.

Proximity to core of the city, hotel staff and convenience of adjacent parking.
Cleanliness of balcony and lack of separate electrical outlet from master switch to bathroom.

Rooms are very outdated not very clean.
Good location for a holiday with a family and pets are allowed, but rooms are still 20 years behind for a frequent traveler.
