It was safe, comfy and clean.
The hot tub was not working.

Clean and fresh, friendly lobby clerks.
No elevator (that we could find). Only stairs to upper level.
Easy to find, clean, great parking, close to several eating places.

Easy to find; friendly, helpful staff; convenient restaurant next door.
Could hear the people above us too easily.
The person at the front desk, was very helpful and fun to work with. Had a great time!

I loved the pool hot tub and the location to every thing we needed.
The room did not have a microwave.
This hotel is great. It is in the right spot to go to restaurants and close to the many wineries and the red hook brewery. The pool and hot tub area is great.

Quiet overall, restaurant next door.
Room felt like it was a basement room, no indoor workout room.
Lobby nice, didn't look at pool, people friendly.

Hot water drip in bathroom that was not able to be controlled. Spa not working.
Hot water drip, no spa availability, hallway smelled of smoke.

The hotel should have restaurant. Also others services.
The hotel has good location. The rate too high comparable to many other hotels. The place needs investor, with better test. Thanks.
