The Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane is your destination for a fun-filled getaway in Magical Orlando. These vacation town-homes offer a spacious alternative to the standard hotel room at a great value. Just five miles away from the Walt Disney World parks, and minutes to other Orlando-are attractions, dining and shopping galore. As you enter the lush manicured grounds, the palm trees lined streets, the serene pastel colored community, you are suddenly immersed into a place of quiet calm. A quaint village of cottages with its picket fences, pathways and arches linking one cluster of villas to the next, has a warm neighborly feel while exploding with old-world charm. Reservations of less than 5 nights are subject to a one time cleaning fee, to be collected at the time of booking: 3 bedrooms $95, 4 bedrooms $105. Accidental Property Damage Waiver: $45 per stay to be collected directly from guest upon arrival for any accidental damage up to the value of $700 per stay. A refundable security deposit of $250 in cash or credit card is required upon arrival. A $25.00 processing fee will be assessed for any payments made via wire transfer. Check in is at 4 PM. Check out is at 10 AM. All house keys must be returned to the office. They cannot under any circumstances be left inside the home. Guests please note that stays of less than 5 nights are subject to a one time cleaning fee, USD 85.00 for 3 bed units and USD 95.00 for 4 bed units. Office hours: Sun - Thu 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Fri - Sat 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. After hours check in key lock process. Just within five miles away from the Villas is the wonderful Walt Disney World parks, and minutes to other Orlando attractions, dining and shopping. Kissimmee is the all around vacation destination with so much to do.
