This beautiful home is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Tile, niches, and archways give the home an extra quality look. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar. This exceptional home also has the advantage of two master bedrooms with private bathrooms. The screened-in pool and deck area also has a spa which is great for relaxation and unwinding after a long day at the theme parks. This lovely home has a great location, it is one of our most popular villas. Please note that there is a USD 85.00 cleaning fee for 4 bedroom homes and a USD 115.00 cleaning fee for 6 bedroom homes for stays of less than five nights. Extra fees to be collected at time of check-in-Resort fee- USD 40.00. Check-in time is from 3pm-5pm on the day of arrival. Please check-in at the office, please have a state issued valid ID and credit card used for rental. Information needs to be verified. If checking in after 5pm, please come back by 9am the next business day. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. There is a lock box in front of the office for after hours check-in. Once booking is confirmed you will receive the information. Kissimmee is home to a outdoor water park, in addition to multiple golf courses. Kissimmee is also home to the Loop, a large outdoor shopping mall. Kissimmee is near Orlando, home to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World, allowing tourists to access the parks through the city.

6 bedroom/4 bathroom pool home: The executive 6 bedroom and 4 bathroom home is also located in the established community of Oak Island Cove. This is an outstanding home and because of its location and size it is one of our most popular homes. Ideal suited for a large family or group of friends.
