Cleanliness roaches!
If the staff members knocking on our door 2 times starting 1.5 hours prior to check out to see if we were leaving that day was not enough to make me unhappy with the resort then finding a roach on our kitchen table was.
Friendly, helpful, clean, variety of sport facilities.
