The hotel/resort was great. It exceeded my expectation. It was clean, the staff was attentive and it had everything I needed The only problem was the surcharge I was forced to pay on a daily basis. That was an unwelcome surprise.

It was appealing to adults & children. It was beautiful, romantic & luxurious yet inviting to children with the various pools & games.
There is not one thing we didn't like about the Resort. It was fabulous & went above & beyond our expectations!

The main concern is cleanliness in the room, carpet, foul smell. Elevators, walkways are very old.
