Location.
Very dirty.Would not recommend to anyone. Motel was extremely dirty. Cannot rate even as a 1 star rating.

Convenient for last minute trip.It looked worn out.The beds were hard and the pillows were skimpy.

N/ANasty and fleas in one room.Should not be two star rating. very dirty rooms with mildew on shower curtain. bad odor. no TV remote in one room. I was charged twice for the rooms which I am still trying to resolve.

Close to the interstate.The rooms didn't smell very well.This is a cheap, sleazy looking hotel. Nothing felt like, it was clean. The water heater was exposed to the room. AC and hot water worked fine.Unhappy a diaper was under my mattress and there was no alarm clock.never being to Knoxville I was astounded to find an 8.5% tax, but that still did not explain the fees added to my bill and they would not tell me what those fees were. N/A.Noisy, bad location, no security, no breakfast as advertised.There is nothing to recommend for this location other than the fact that they did have two beds and the room was semi-clean. I really think that I deserve at least a partial refund.

Having a suite is nice. Great shower pressure.No alarm clocks, bad service, scary location, awful breakfast. Everything was awful.If you are a respectable business person or are a responsible parent you will never venture toward this hotel. It was so scary. No Alarm clock in my room, One TV for two rooms.
