Overall Rating:
Clean, spacious lobby, and spacious, fenced pool area.
Room wouldn't cool to thermostat setting and wouldn't want to park in garage alone.
Beautiful hotel with views of the river on higher floors.

Good location.
Charge $10 for internet access.
Great location to attend Vols football game. About a mile away from the stadium. Walking distance to good restaurants. Nice room. Would recommend. Only downer was the $10 extra charge for internet access.

The staff was very good.
The restaurant.

The overall design of the hotel was amazing and the hotel made me feel safe.
The construction all around the hotel made it hard to find and difficult to get to.
This was a great hotel and I would stay there again the only thing that bothered me was they wanted to charge me 10 dollars to use the web I felt as if they were trying to nickel and dime me.

Clean, quiet rooms with internet connection.
Difficult to get to and hallways seem dark and tired.
Staff is very friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean and have been upgraded, but some of the spaces seem old - hallways and areas to and from garage.

Overall Rating:
The lounge employees were extremely helpful and courteous.
Lounge needs to be more intimate rather than like a sports bar.
The Knoxville Marriott was a terrific place to stay. The desk personnel and the lounge employees were very helpful.
