They had upgraded the towels (they were actually soft) and the mattresses were in excellent condition.
The hotel does not always offer a free breakfast.Older style small hotel rooms that have been updated with bed linens (no heavy comforters), extra pillows, soft towels, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Old style TV, no table and chairs, just a desk with desk chair, single chair and ottoman.

Good Location.Hotel was fairly shabby. Halls had horrible smells.Not at all what I expected for a Courtyard by Marriott. It felt like a Motel 6 dressed up a little.

It was clean and pleasant.Room smelled a little funny until we let it air out a while.Directly off the beaten path, easily accessible to local amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.
