Over priced and run down hotel in need of repair & renovation.This hotel is badly in need of renovation. It is quite rundown especially the garden wing. Beautiful location to Poipu Beach is spectacular.The extra daily charge of 17.95. The hotel needs updating or the rooms that your customers use. The bathroom toilet did not work well.N/A

Free outstanding buffet breakfast for 1 if you decline room service.Our room was as far from the ocean and the parking lot as you can possibly get.Old rooms, at least the one we received. Lack of electrical outlets for PC - had to unplug the lamp to gain one outlet. A foot stool served as the chair for the

Comfortable, clean, cozy, did not leave property until check out!Cost for in room dining was too expensive!Spent only 1 night here and wished we could stay longer. While in the pool watch out for children crossing in the multitudes to use the slide. The spa area could definitely use an upgrade. Oceanview rooms are worth the extra $.
