Spectacular view of the harbor.
The buffet breakfast was pricey but extensive.The Sheraton did not have a room in my price level ready, so they upgraded me to a harbor view room. The location was very convenient and everything was very tastefully done.I wish all the rooms had harbor views.The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Easy access with public transportation. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Allow guest to mix points and cash to awards.No guest parking.Good location for shopping. Friendly staff. Morton's of Chicago is right on the property. Harbor view is fantastic. Wish hotel to provide more bottle water...One bottle is not enough for two people...Free internet would be nice.

Location is good.It is not convenient to reach the Air Flyer Bus Station with luggage (s).In general, this hotel is OK for me, but, considering the price, I expected to stay at the JW Marriot Hong Kong hotel instead of the Sheraton TST hotel.

Spectacular harbor view from our room, from the gym and the roof-top swimming pool area. Free internet wireless connection in the lobby area.There is nothing that I did not like about this hotel.We booked 3 nights at the Sheraton Towers Hotel during Christmas but ended up staying for 4 nights because we really enjoyed this hotel. Very clean finish.Pool and spa area a little disappointing but still very good value.We would stay here again. Rooms are immaculate. You're within very easy reach of MTR tube stops. Can get free bus shuttle from Airport express to hotel. Nice view of HK island from bar near top floor.

Very helpful guest relations person.Lousy view from my room.I thought it was excellent in terms of location and size. Eating options in the hotel were quite expensive however.
