Located between the resort areas of Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua Bay on Maui, the Outrigger Royal Kahana offers air-conditioned condominium units in an ocean front high rise setting at Kahana. The majority of units have spectacular ocean views, with the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the distance. Each studio, one- and two-bedroom unit boasts a spacious living area that is comfortably furnished along with full size kitchen facilities, color TV, washer/dryer and daily housekeeping service. When not lounging on their private lanai, guests can enjoy the resort's oceanfront pool, barbecue area, two tennis courts, and fitness center. View of ocean was great.
Parking spots were very small.Great opportunity to see the ocean and whales from our lanai. Not fancy, but was great for us and our family. Did not always have proper towels and wash clothes.

Beach front location was quite and not crowded with great views Whales and green turtles.Lobby area was under renovation.Rooms were condos or timeshares, nice pool with great ocean views. Hotel staff was very helpful with plenty of parking.

Location is close to Kaanapali and Lahaina.Parking limited, air-conditioning doesn't work well, facility needs updating.In order to find parking for the night, you must cut the evening short.
