The hotel recently renovated the rooms and pool areas.
Customer service was very inconsistent from front desk, management and housekeeping.Do not reserve a garden studio. The bed is arranged sideways to make the room look larger. Beautiful rooms, beautiful grounds and location close to everything.Never really had a porter available, however the front desk person delivered our bags, but I brought our bags to the front when we were leaving.The grounds are just beautiful. Very cozy hotel as far as size. The room that we had was beautiful and would recommend this hotel. The front desk person was very nice and helpful.

N/AThere was one ice machine for the entire hotel and it didn't work.I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms seemed like they were just renovated and the pool areas were beautiful.

I would not stay there again. Old and outdated, not up to Ohana standards or any other major vendor.

This was in a good location. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants.They are doing some remodeling and then view from our window was old bathtubs and stoves they had removed from the rooms. Not a pretty sight.N/A
